Transaction Acceptance
All transaction and/or purchase order placed by Customer with the Company shall be subjected to acceptance by the Company. By submitting your transaction, purchase order and/or accepting delivery of product, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. All orders placed online should receive an email confirmation from us within 1-3 working days. Do contact us if you fail to receive any confirmation at sales@bugs-stop.com.

Payment options
We currently accept Paypal and standard Credit Cards via Paypal. The methods of payment are subjected to change without notice at The Company’s sole discretion.
Please note that delivery for such payment options will only be dispatched upon transaction cleared.

Orders Cancellation
Cancellation of orders shall not be accepted if made 24 hours after the confirmation email was sent, or if made after the product has been shipped or dispatched.

Pricing
Price quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD), excluding GST and delivery charges. Price quoted is based on availability of product. In the event we are in an ‘out of stock’ situation, we will try our best to recommend you a similar product. Prices on the website will be changed without notice at Company’s sole discretion.

Product Offered
The Company continually updates and revises products offered at its web site. The Company may revise and/or discontinue its offerings at any time. Changes between what is offered for sale and what is described in marketing materials (ads, catalogs, specification sheets etc.) are possible.

Exchange Policy
Customer must submit requests for exchange within 3 days from receipt of their order. .All returning merchandise must be received back to us within 7 days from invoice date. No exchange will be made after 7 days.

Customers are advised to examine all purchases upon receipt.

Return Policy
Products must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days. If Customer returns product to The Company (i) beyond the 7-day period, or (ii) without proper packaging, The Company retains the right to either refuse acceptance or refund of such return.
Goods exchange does not include delivery and customers will need to send back to The Company or pay delivery charges as indicated in Delivery.

Taxes
Prices exclude Goods & Service Tax (GST).

Delivery
You can order your supplies from the comfort of your office or home, whenever you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time. We will deliver your goods within 3-5 working days upon payment confirmation.

Delivery fee:
Day delivery by courier (8am to 6pm): S$10/trip
Night delivery by courier (6pm to 10pm): S$12/trip
Delivery charges will be waived for purchase above S$50 per trip.

Dispatch Notification
While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, to assist us in concluding your order satisfactorily we ask you to ensure that someone is available to receive the consignment and advice us of any periods when the premises may be closed; or kindly indicate a contactable number for our dispatch to fix delivery time.

In case of emergency
You can contact the following clinics that operate 24 hours or up to midnight or till 1-2am in the morning in case of emergency. Do give them a call before proceeding down to the clinic.
